The Human Resources Department provides policy direction on human resource management issues and administrative support to all ADV departments to effectively manage and ensure a fair and equitable workplace for the employees of the ADV while they service the ADV.
The Human Resources Department’s scope of services include:
- Employee Recruitment
- Employee Benefits and Wellness
The department implements and manages the recruitment of ADV employees to include various background screening processes, new hire orientation, maintenance of personnel records and the grievance process.
The department also manages the workers’ compensation, family and medical leave act (FMLA) and safety programs as well as administer employee benefits and coordinate trainings for ADV employees.
